Air Turnover AAC Cutter
I. Overview
Our Air Turnover AAC Cutter is a simple, practical and highperformance cutting set developed under domestic physical circumstances.
II. Working Mode of Air Turnover AAC Cutter:
(1) Car Travel: turn over the prestreamed body with mould for 90°, then put the body on the cutting car, the stripping machine strips the die grid. After horizontal cutting by the horizontal cutting car, the transverse cutting car makes vertical cutting from above to below. And after vertical cutting, the transverse cutting car resets and lifts up the body, and the horizontal cutting car resets.
(2) Body Travel: turn over the prestreamed body with mould for 90°, then put the body on the cutting car or the roller track, the stripping machine strips the die grid. The body passes through the cutting car or the roller track to make horizontal cutting and goes ahead to the pointed cutting position to make transverse cutting, and then goes on till the traveller lifts the body.
